First of all , sorry if the title is a bit rash . Don't take me wrong . It's not like I got mad at someone kemudian cakap orang ni kambing ke apa . No no no . Not my way dude . Not my way .
Nak panggil orang kambing pun tak pernah . It feels wrong somehow nak panggil/cakap orang kambing pasal for me not proper la macam gitu . Kita sama-sama manusia Allah dah cipta sangat tip top semulia-mulia makhluk jadi apa hak kita nak cakap orang lain kambing kan . Tak kira la binatang apa pun pig ke turki ke lembu ke etc etc , ouh tak baik tak baik .
Ehem okay back to the track . Menceceh je, Sebenarnya nak cerita pasal dinner semalam which is lamb chop .
Lamb = Kambing get it ? And I will share the recipe too .

-Ginger
-Garlic
-Soy sauce
-Sauce plum
-Black pepper sauce
-Kicap manis
-Oyster sauce
-Steak sauce
-Tomato sauce -White pepper powder
-Sauce lia (sendiri tak tau apa ni, tapi mak cakap ni untuk perasa dalam makanan western)
-Black pepper course
-Oregano
WHAT TO DO
Wash the kambing
The one in tapis is not the shoulder part . Tu lamb & beef shabu shabu that my father bought at Singapore.
Blend 1 bulb of garlic and a small ball size of ginger together. Add only a little water . This one is for 8 slices of lamb .
Take one big bowl. Pour in the blended garlic ginger. Add in all the other ingredients together ikut anggaran .
Oyster, plum, and steak sauce use in large quantity . The remaining ingredients use in small quantity . Kemudian gaul2 hingga sebati . Other steps follow the pictures below.
Tak kisah la nak marinate berapa lama . Kalau nak sedap gila marinate la sehari semalam . But this one we marinate only about 5 hours but still sedap !
